Luxury stay in NSW’s South Coast hinterland

Our position high above Kiama places guests in one of the most distinctive luxury stays the South Coast has to offer. The estate holds a rare sense of space, framed by rolling hills that drift towards the coastline. Textures of timber, stone, and aged iron sit gently against contemporary comforts, creating a setting that feels deeply connected to its history.

As featured in Vogue Australia, Belle Magazine, Luxury Travel, and the Urban List, Greyleigh has been branded as a luxury accommodation in Kiama and one of the most premium getaway experiences in NSW.

A natural wonder where country meets coast

More than just accommodation in Kiama, our estate is a living piece of history. The restored Homestead and Guesthouse sit beneath heritage tin roofs and century-old camellia trees. Inside, you’ll find warm, open living spaces filled with antique finds, rich textures, and an abundance of natural light. Every vintage piece and fixture has been hand-selected or custom-designed to create a one-of-a-kind stay.

From the wraparound verandahs to the manicured gardens, each space encourages a slower pace. Guests unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets beyond the outdoor firepit and escarpment. Here, you’ll reconnect with nature, with loved ones, and with yourself, making it one of the most memorable luxury stays the South Coast has to offer.

"We just got back from our stay at Greyleigh and it is not an exaggeration to say that we had the most relaxing and rejuvenating time. The property itself is an oasis of green with beautifully maintained lawns that invite you to lounge around and finally get through that book you’ve been carrying around.

Needless to say… at the end of our stay, none of us wanted to go home. This is the perfect place to getaway, relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful green landscape"
- Malia Franklin-Apted
"The best family farm stay/coastal retreat – with a mix of farm animals, the best service and amazing accommodation. The homestead is breathtaking with expansive views across the hills and a bathtub to die for. Wood fire pizza oven, beautiful pool with cabana and a private helicopter landing place – what more could you ask for!"
